We truly appreciate your loyalty and are committed to providing an exceptional experience to everyone. Due to the high demand for our services we have enacted policies to ensure that all clients are given the opportunity to enjoy our services.

As a courtesy to our team, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a certain cancellation fee. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave. We thank you for your cooperation.

For brows/lashes: our receptionist will be in-touch to secure your appointment with a deposit.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

GUIDELINES: Clients visiting Rejuva for treatment will be asked to arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. If you are early or running late for an appointment please call the clinic to inform our staff. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come in for your appointment, email or call the clinic to reschedule. Please plan to come into the clinic without guests.

  • ONLINE BOOKING: Will be available on June 30, 2021.

  • PHONE: You may schedule your appointment over the phone as of Wednesday June 30, 2021.

  • WAITLIST: If you were placed on our waitlist or your appointment was cancelled prior to lockdown, our receptionist will be in touch to schedule your appointment.

ACTIVE SCREENING: We will be conducting active screening with all patients arriving at Rejuva. This will include questions regarding any recent travel or exposure to anyone known or suspected of being positive for COVID-19. We will also be performing mandatory temperature checks. Please sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic and before touching any shared surfaces.

MANDATORY FACE COVERING: Patients are asked to wear a face covering throughout their treatment when visiting Rejuva. Our staff will also be required to wear to the appropriate personal protective equipment.

SAFE DISTANCING: Plexiglass dividers have been installed at the reception area to protect staff. Directional signage and floor decals will help moderate traffic flow. Our waiting room seating has been adjusted to allow for physical distancing between patients.
