HEALTH & SAFETY

Rejuva is ready for the new normal. The health and wellbeing of our clients and staff remain our first priority. Upon reopening we will implement multiple protocols to ensure that your experience is safe and comfortable. Safety plan:

  • All clients will be subject to pre-screening prior to their scheduled appointments.

  • Appointments will be scheduled to avoid more than two physically distanced clients in our waiting room at a time.

  • We ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

  • Clients will be greeted by administrative staff behind plexiglass barriers.

  • All clients will undergo a contactless temperature check upon arrival

  • Multiple handsanitizing stations throughout the spa.

  • Patients and staff are required to wear masks.

  • Treatment rooms and waiting area will be sanitized throughout the day after each patient encounter.

  • Staff will adhere to daily temperature monitoring and strict PPE rules.

  • For laser hair removal we ask that clients shave the treatment area prior to their appointment⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


CONSENT

  • Due to the risk and sensitivity of our treatments, clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign consent forms.

  • Any children brought to the clinic must be supervised in the waiting area by an adult friend or family member.


APPOINTMENTS

  • We encourage our clients to book appointments 1-2 weeks in advance, minimum.

  • Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment start time.

  • As a courtesy to our team, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a certain cancellation fee, which will be decided by individual Aesthetic Record customers as per their company policies if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave. We thank you for your cooperation.


PROCEDURE

  • Due to volume and specific treatment cycles, we cannot always guarantee the same technician. All of our staff are thoroughly trained, certified and experienced. However, if you require the same service provider please let our office know when booking your appointment and the first available appointment with that staff member will be given.

  • Pre-treatment requirements: Many of our treatments (particularly laser treatments) are sun-sensitive and usually require you to avoid sun exposure 2-3 weeks before and after treatments.

  • For laser hair removal treatments, please shave the area being treated on the morning of your treatment.
